Can women wear men's dress shoes?

I wear a size 12.5 in women's shoes. It is really hard to find me dress shoes. I am a huge tom boy so I hate heals and anything too fancy. Basically it is tie dress shoes for me. Is it okay if I buy men's dress shoes because it is easier to find my size and I don't like the wome's shoes?
