How it will work

Free Agents will be locked at the start of pre-season and re-open at the end of it.

Basic Rules:

1.Create a new topic with the name and stats of the player you want to sign, if there are 2 topics with the same player then ill delete the topic that was made last

2.The max you can offer a player is 8m...if the player is worthless and he is getting offered 8m i will not propose the player your offer because you will ruin the league like that
